Who is Strategy Factory Scandinavia AB?
In this policy, Strategy Factory Scandinavia AB, Corporate ID no. 556995-4927, is called Strategiverket and is the data controller.
Strategiverket is responsible for all personal data that you provide in contact with us, which may be on the website, at customer/supplier meetings, by phone, email or chat, or when you visit us and take part in networking events/seminars.
Personal data is information that, on its own or combined with other data, can be used to identify you as a natural person. It can be, for example, your name, your email address or your phone number.
Our main purpose in processing your personal data is for Strategiverket to be able to fulfil its commitments to you as a customer/supplier, but we also collect data about you who are not yet a customer but whom we intend to contact to offer our services.
As data controller, Strategiverket is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed securely and that the GDPR is followed. We do not process sensitive personal data unless there is specific consent to handle it.
Protection of your personal data
Strategiverket protects your personal data through a combination of technical and organisational measures. Employees of Strategiverket and partners must follow Strategiverket’s internal data protection guidelines.
Transfer of information
Strategiverket and partners store all personal data within the EU. We and our partners do not pass on any personal data about customers/suppliers to external parties.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- You have the right to information about which processing of personal data we carry out. We have gathered these in the table below. The table shows, among other things, the purpose, legal basis and retention period.
- You have the right to request a register extract where you can see which processing of personal data we carry out about you specifically.
- You have the right to request rectification if we have incorrect information registered about you.
- You have the right to invoke the right to be forgotten.
- You have the right to data portability (the right to have your personal data moved) for personal data that you have provided yourself or that has been generated by your actions/activities.
- You have the right to invoke restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- You have the right to object to a processing of personal data, and Strategiverket will then stop the processing while the matter is investigated.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority about processing carried out by us.

Contact form, videos and cookies
When you send a message through the contact form, your name, your email address and your message are sent by email to Strategiverket so that we can reply to you. The data is not stored on the website.
The website sets no cookies of its own. The videos play via Vimeo (with Do Not Track) and YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. When you start a video, the service in question receives your IP address.
